Empower You

Ask yourself this question: Are you consciously able to be here and be here? Can you live, breathe and feel at that moment - and really find joy and peace in this soft segment of time? If you answered yes a truth, then you're probably happier, calmer and feel very good about yourself and your life! Of course, it is not possible to be in the flow of current all the time, but doing a goal can really give you, you rejuvenate - and change the course of your life.

Being in a constant state of worry and anxiety about what you have - or otherwise - in the past, is negative and dangerous to your well-being. Conversely, to worry about what may or may not happen in the future also a tendency to suck the energy illuminating something about your ability to concentrate for the moment.
